courier delivery: below are the numbers that actually matter in Saudi practice — rates, transit times, paperwork — with Masar ready to run it end to end.
What decides the outcome: Express couriers deliver to Saudi Arabia door-to-door in 2–6 days and win below ~45 kg per shipment. Personal-use parcels under SAR 1,000 generally enter duty-free (15% VAT applies); commercial parcels clear like any import and need conformity paperwork once volumes look commercial.
Scaling sellers switch to bulk import plus local fulfilment — cheaper per unit and delivery at local-speed expectations.
For courier delivery, the difference between a smooth shipment and an expensive one is preparation before arrival.
